I was in his Earth Science class when it came over the PA system that JFK was shot, so he is forever in my memory, not only for being a great teacher and person, but also the adult comforting the class in our bewilderment. RIP to a wonderful teacher and very accomplished person.

So Sorry for the loss of your Dad. I always remember what a great teacher he was when I took Physical Science from him back in 1969-70 and how he was always full of laughs. One thing that always stuck out in my mind is when your dad said to the class that some day we are going to look back and say "If only I knew then, what I know now." May he rest in peace.

I took some trumpet lessons from Frank at Trumbull High in '61 and '62. He was a very good teacher and fun to be around. And as said in a number of these comments, he was one fine gentelman. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

The song "I'll Never Smile Again" was the theme song of Frank's orchestra. I was his pianist and whenever I play it now, I always think fondly of him. Though I was not a drinker, he often teased me by calling me "Joe Barfly." He's playin' in Angel Gabriel's big band now!

I'm sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I took his electronics classes at THS, and his endless supply of stories, and the humor he brought to class made learning fun. When I prepared for my amateur radio license exam, I was surprised at how much of what I'd learned in his class over 30 years ago was still with me.

Frank was there with a guiding hand as we pulled the test tube out of the ceiling tile after an experiment in class. Only the tile was harmed! God be with you, Mr Pacific!

To the family of Mr. Pacific,
I'm truly very sorry to hear of the passing of your loved one. Mr. Pacific was the best science teacher to grace the halls of Trumbull High School. His class was one of my favorites. He always taught us with a gentle and humorous hand that left us wanting more. May he rest in eternal peace.

So sorry to hear of Franks passing. There are not many teachers that have left a lasting impression on me but Mr. Pacific did. He made class both informative and fun and we all looked forward to his teaching and stories every day. Who could ever forget "mogabloots". We have lost one of the special ones.
