Not sure what to say?

Dear Cuccia Family,
On behalf of the many former students of Cabrillo Avenue School, please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. Your mom needed no fancy college degrees to positively shape the characters of the students she influenced. Her commitment and dedication were evident everyday. As a fprmer student, longtime teacher and administrator of LAUSD, I can say with no hesitation that she was "one of the best". May she rest in peace.

Sincerely,

September 24, 2010

To Lucille, Leonard, and John:
Your whole family was always special to me, you included me as one of you. Both of your parents were wonderful and you were blessed to be raised by them. When the sorrow is not so current, you will rejoice in the beauty of your mother's life. I love you all.

Leonard, John, Lucille and Families,

I have many memories of your mother - walking up ninth street, making tomato sauce, calling you from the kitchen. She was little but made a large impression. God bless her and all the Cuccias.

John and Ruth,
We admire so much the devotion you showed to Carmela. We'll never forget seeing her dance at David and Sarah's wedding. She was a wonderful lady. Much love to the entire family.
