Robert Triplitt Obituary

Bob passed away March 1, 2011, at the age of 89. He was born June 11, 1921 and had been a longtime resident of Torrance. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret. Bob is survived by his children, Scott (Marilyn) and Wendy (Jim) Weeks; along with grandchildren, Christy and Brian Selogie. His loving caregivers, Virginia and Oscar Freijo, Heidi Martinez, Antonio Lora and Charles Moran also survive him. Funeral services will be Friday, March 4, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bob's memory to Veterans of Foreign Wars at www.vfw.org or sent to 406 W. 34th St. Suite 718, Kansas City, MO 64111. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr & Mrs Triplitt many times back in the 70's, as I was a good friend of their son Scott (& Marilyn). God bless and live your lives as Bob did.
