Bob Carranza Obituary
Bob Edward Carranza born Nov. 9, 1959 passed away April 5. He was raised in Woodland and graduated from Woodland High School. He worked at various jobs before coming to work with his Pops in the family business for many years, until he went to work at UC Davis as an Environmental Heath and Safety Specialist, where he recently retired.
Bob is survived by his only child, Morgan Carranza; his father and mother, Ray and Lois Carranza; brothers, Jim (Lisa) of Woodland, Bill (Julie) Carranza of Australia; step sister, Renee (Jim) Craig of Nevada and Rhonda Townsend of Colusa. "May our precious son, father and brother rest in peace."
Per Bob's wishes, there will be no services.
Internment at a later date will be private. Condolences may be sent to the Carranza Family P.O. Box 1778, Woodland, CA 95776. Anyone wishing to make a donation in Bob's memory can do so to Cache Creek Lodge or the charity of your choice.

Bob was my neighbor on Lincoln for nearing six years. He was a very kind man, and a good person to have as a neighbor. I just learned of his passing. Godspeed old friend.

I just recently learned of Bob's passing. I'm sorry for your loss. Bob would inspect the radiation sources in the labs that I manage. He was unfailingly positive, every time, so that I always looked forward to his visits. Rest in peace Bob.

So sorry to hear this news about Bob,he was such a friendly guy and have known him all through schools and graduated with him in 1977. I always knew him as Bobby Lange. May God bless you & your family in this time of sorrow. RIP Bob Carranza you will be missed!
