Its almost a year since my dear Uncle Mikes passing . Time has revealed the influence he had on his children . It has also become apparent that despite his struggles , he made a difference in the lives of those who crossed his path . I wish he knew this during his lifetime but he is certainly being rewarded now in heaven . Of that I have no doubt . He was a good and faithful servant and taught me about perseverance through adversity . I miss him .

My Uncle Mike was very special to me . I have a lifetime of memories of and with him . A sweet and kind soul with a wit an intellect matched by few. His family was his pride and joy and now , his legacy. I'll miss him profoundly .

So sorry to hear of Mikes' passing- he was a great guy and I had many laughs with him while working together in Kingston. We were all part of the St. Peters' Church and School group growing up. My sincere sympathy to the Mauceri families.

I have worked with Mike at the Ulster County Public Defenders for the last 16 years, and know him to be dedicated to his clients. He worked until he couldn't anymore, not wanting to give his co-workers more work. I will miss him very much- now who will reminisce about the Grateful Dead with me??
