Words cannot express how sad I was to hear about Heather's sudden passing and then not be able to join you for her memorial! She was a remarkable young lady, full of life, laughter and love! Heather will be deeply missed by all who have had the privilege to know her. Please know that our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time. Love you all!!

I'm so sorry to hear of Heathers sudden passing. When I remember her we are at Shen & Michael Burke is standing next to her. We are on the football field. They are both beaming ear to ear & being as sweet and funny as always. I believe they were being crowned Homecoming King & Queen. I was 2 years younger & looked up to Heather . She was truly loved by all. A beam of sunshine. Unfortunately , I have not seen her since 1993 but her memory smile & contagious laugh will be forever remembered. I pray God gives you strength to get through this difficult time. Earth lost an angel.

It was such fun to visit the Hicks family and watch Heather grow up as a free spirit and fun loving child to the beautiful adult that she grew into. She always made me laugh. I will never forget her. To my good friends Dick and Nancy I am so very sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing your very special daughter and family with me. I love all of you.

Heather was truly one of a kind. She was smart, kind, funny,a smile and laugh that would fill the room. She always made you feel better. She and Jason made such beautiful babies. It just so unbelievable that such a vibrant woman is no longer with us. Sending thoughts of peace and comfort to all who loved Heather, esp to her beloved Jason, Matty and James.

My thoughts and prayers are with all Heathers family and friends during this difficult time. Heather and I became friends at Shen. She and I were placed next to eachother in choir because we were the tallest girls in the class- one of the few times being tall paid off! Heathers sarcastic humor and witty personality never went unappreciated! We cracked ourselves and those around us up often to the dismay of Mr Enokian! We lost touch after high school but her brilliance and confidence still strike me today when I recall our times together. I am so saddened to hear she has left us. My deepest condolences.

Dick, Nancy, Michael and Amy and all of the family that loved Heather - It is a very sad day indeed. Heather was a shining star on Earth. I am so sadden to hear of her passing. God must have had a very important job that only she could have handled to call her so suddenly. I know that on the other side, Jit will be very pleased to see her in Heaven. I'm so sorry to hear this sad news. I worked on a couple of shows with Heather a few years ago and I remember how sweet and welcoming she was to me when I was nervous and inexperienced. My heart goes out to her family and friends.

Heather was truly a beautiful person. Heather will always be remembered by her joyful Spirit that touched everyone who knew her. We all feel truly lucky to have been able to know her and will miss her dearly.

I am completely at a loss for words at Heather's passing. Although it has been years since I last had the pleasure of seeing her, she has been a constant happy presence in my memory of our years at Shen. Always smart, fun, funny, and outgoing. My deepest condolences to her husband, kids, parents, and the vast world of her friends old and new. My sadness is tempered by the fact that I had the privilege of knowing her laugh, smile, and joyful spirit. Peace be with you, Heather Hicks Ervin. Heaven just became a better place.
