Donald W. Fallos of Wildwood A memorial service for Donald W. Fallos, 67, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 6401 Gages Lake Road, Gurnee. Born July 7, 1936, in Waukegan, he died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2003, at Vista Health Victory Memorial Hospital. Don retired in 1998 from the furniture business after 38 years. He served as a Den leader and baseball coach. He was an avid fisherman and loved to take his family on vacations in the summer. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Marge (nee Hart); children, Susan Fallos (Doug Ochranek), Donna (Louis) Lively, Dwaine Fallos, Saundra-Jo (Richard) Sebben, Michael Fallos and Lisa (Richard) Przybylski; grandchildren, Casey, Amanda and Wesley Fallos, Derek and Brittany Sebben, Samantha, Morgan and Kaitlyn Fallos, and Jarod, Kyle and Sean Przybylski; brothers and sisters, Vivian Pieper, Leroy (Rochelle) Fallos, Levern (Dorie) Fallos and Myra (David) Carpenter; and longtime friend, Jimmy (Barbara) Bock. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Sr. and Wilhelmina (nee Koster); granddaughter, Melissa Lively; brother, Elmer Fallos Jr.; and a brother-in-law, Leo Pieper. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, at the Marsh Funeral Home, 305 N. Cemetery, Road, Gurnee. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or American Lung Association.
