MICHAEL ZIELINSKI Obituary

60 years old, born December 11, 1956 and passed away on January 24, 2017 in Lake Geneva, WI. Michael is survived by his loving wife and best friend Linda (Pettit) Zielinski. He was the beloved son of Laurie (Tomasek) Caron of Lake in the Hills, IL and brother Steven Zielinski of Richland, Washington. He is also survived by his mother and father-in-law Ralph and Dorothy Lowe, his father-in-law Kenneth Pettit, his brother-in-law Ken Pettit (Ann Pettit), his sister-in-law Cheryl Pettit, four nieces and nephews and many lifelong friends. Michael was employed at L. Karp & Sons for many years until he retired. He attended Fenton High School in Bensenville, IL. Michael was an avid fisherman, nature lover and adored his fur babies. He will be greatly missed by all he loved and all who loved him. A memorial service for Michael will be held on Sunday, January 29th from 3-7 pm at Willow Funeral Home, 1415 W. Algonquin Rd. in Algonquin, IL. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Michael's honor to Fellow Mortals (Wildlife Rehabilitation Organization), W4632 Palmer Rd., Lake Geneva, WI 53147, 262-248-5055, www.fellowmortals.org or your local "No Kill" animal shelter.
