My name is Ken also. I knew him as a neighbor when I was 13. He lived downstairs. Super great guy. We even built a motorcycle for the show Street hawk one summer. He was always in a good mood and always had something of a project in the works. I'll miss you Ken

Ken was always so upbeat and always there to lend a hand. I crossed paths with him many times as Sommer Shadoe in the Chuck Strange Stunt days. He was talented, confident, yet humble. I know he will be missed by many. My sincere condolences to all his family.

Ken lived across the street from me on Kenwood drive in Round Lake Park back in the early eighties. Out of all the cool folks back in the day, Super Ken took the cake. A huge plywood ramp took up his entire backyard, that us neighborhood kids couldn't even climb up, propelled him to airplane heights at the St Joes fair, and he would land his bike every time, like he had just jumped off a sidewalk. Super Ken was Super cool. So cool in fact I had a recent dream about him a few weeks ago, and I haven't seen the guy in 30 years. I will never stop telling the stories I have of Ken. Thanks for the memories!

Sad to hear the news. Ken was a mentor to a whole bunch of us Cub Scouts back in the '60s, and we all enjoyed watching him become a local hero. Ken was the real deal. He will be missed.
