Sarah auditioned for me in 2004 for our production of Buried Child. She had a callback audition, but I was not able to cast her. Her audition was very memorable, so when she sent me a thank you postcard after the audition, I kept it. I came across the postcard today and googled her name to see what she is doing today. I am sad to discover that she has left us. I see a lot of people at auditions and it is rare for anyone to stand out the way Sarah did. She was very professional and very gracious.
