CHRISTINE LOMONACO Obituary

ROSELLE - Christine LoMonaco, 64, a former resident of Roselle, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2015 at Cornerstone Hospice in The Villages, FL. She was born July 1, 1950 in Chicago, the daughter of Philip and Shirley (Zieman) LoMonaco. Christine was a longtime teacher and coach at Jane Addams Junior High School and School District 54. She is survived by her life partner, Linda Robinson; brothers and sister, Bernard (Susan), Philip (Deborah), James (Debra), Cynthia (Daniel) Rossman, Anthony; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. The Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 11:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. Visitation will be one hour prior to mass from 10 to 11 am at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be directed to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The James A. I met Chris at the Dog Park in The Villages. She was a warm and vibrant woman. Many of us loved and admired her. She always had a kind word and a smile for everyone. Rest in peace Christine.
