John W. Little

John W. Little of West Chester John W. Little, 63, of West Chester, formerly of Bay Village, Ohio, passed away on Aug. 12, 2013. Born in Lakewood, Ohio in 1950, John was the son of Elva Smith and John D. Little, both deceased. He was a graduate of Bay High School, earned his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan and his MBA from Eastern Michigan University. John spent his career in management and was the former president and CEO of various chemical companies. This enabled him to travel around the world. He was a devoted husband and father with a great sense of humor who enjoyed making people laugh. He loved spending time with all of his family, his many friends, and his dogs. He was a good handyman and enjoyed yard work, especially tending to the family pool. Some of his hobbies included swimming, word games and following Big Ten sports. John was the beloved husband of Donna Lynn (Knight) Little, with whom he shared 40 years of marriage; loving father of Taryn Little, Jayme Hurn (Ben) and Elyse Little; and dear brother of Lynne Lehmann and his twin, Donald Little (Pat). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with John's family from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17th, at the Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000.
