Dear Sister,
It's been a long and eerie 14 days. There is now a hole in the hearts of the people who love you. I miss you!

"Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death is your sting?" Hosea 13:14
"Thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." 1 Cor.15:58

From the onset of her illness, Karen's faith in Jesus Christ gave her the victory - in His Name - over cancer and approaching death. When the time came, in peace, she was taken into heaven and eternal life. While our family will grieve Karen's absence for a time, we rejoice that

"The sun will no more be her light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on her; for the Lord will be her everlasting light and her God will be her glory. Her sun will never set again, and her moon will wane no more. The Lord will be her everlasting light - because her days of sorrow have ended." Isaiah 60:19,20

We thank Karen's many loving and loyal friends for their sympathy and spiritual support.

I met you on June 30, 1969 when we both were hired to work for DPSC. It was one of the best days of my life because we became instant friends. I am so glad we got to reconnect when you moved to Phoenixville. You are a beautiful person and I am blessed to call you my friend. I am happy that you are now in a better place. I love you Karen. Godspeed my friend.
