Josephine Rutledge Obituary

Josephine S. Rutledge, 82, formerly of Parkesburg, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at Conestoga View of Lancaster.
She was the wife of John L. Rutledge, with whom she shared 65 years of marriage.
Born in Chester, she was the daughter of the late Mary Jo (Brocolli) and Nicholas Iacono.
Josephine was a parishioner of the Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church of Parkesburg.
She was employed by Unisys as an assembly worker for 20 years.
She is survived, in addition to her husband, by three daughters, Sharon R. Stoltzfus of New Holland, Christine A. Umble, wife of Robert of Cochranville, and Mary Jo Russin, wife of Keith of Mt. Joy; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10, at Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church, 603 W. Second Ave., Parkesburg, followed by interment in the Parkesburg Catholic Cemetery.
The viewing will be held at the church from 10 to 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Josephine's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Wilde Funeral Home of Parkesburg. Online condolences may be posted at www.wildefuneralhome.com.
