Gloria NORTON Obituary
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, and past president of the Nell Pauls Circle.
Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Elijah B. Norton; parents, Martha Jane and Frank Insley Sr.; a sister, Annie Holloway; and two brothers, Lorenza Insley and Frank Lee Insley Jr.
She is survived by her sister, Edna Mae Barr and husband, Gene; nieces, JoAnn Rook and husband, Curtis, Jackie Holloway, Sherry Hargrave and husband, David, Karen Firman; great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. tonight, at Claytor Rollins Funeral Home, Poquoson, and other times at 266 Little Florida Road. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 14, at the funeral home by the Rev. Milford C. Rollins and the Rev. Rita A. Callis. Burial will follow at Eastern Cemetery, Poquoson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Poquoson Rescue Squad, 830 Poquoson Avenue; or Messick Cemetery Association, c/o Bill Weston, 1436 Poquoson Avenue, both of Poquoson, VA 23662.

My heart goes out to you. Gloria was a unique and wonderful lady. I will always cherish the good conversations we had and remember her fondly. She will be missed by many.
