I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Durden's passing. I know what an integral part of your family he was. It was apparent through his actions and his words that he took great pride and pleasure in his family. May you be comforted at this sad time with happy memories of your times together.

One of the finest men I've had the honor to know - He was a true gentleman, who loved and took wonderful care of his family; and who loved and served his country throughout both careers. His genuine interest and concern for others was always obvious combined with his great warmth and kindness.
My thoughts and prayers are with you, dear Priscilla, and with my dear friend Debbie -- Walt will be greatly missed, but he leaves such a legacy through your wonderful family.
