But as I, each and every day, take a "closer walk with thee"... I know tomorrow is not promised to anyone... and God has her now.

May the peace and love of God be with the Lynch Family during this time of sorrow. Remember, for those of us who are in Christ Jesus, we will see her again. And we can be comforted knowing that she has completed her journey here on earth and now she is resting with the Almighty God in peace.

Vernard & Family:

So sorry to read of Jessica's passing. Our families introduced long ago, and it was from the Barber Shop on 25th Street that I remember Raynard, Dernard and later beautiful daughter Jessica. Please know that my prayers of comfort are with you and the family. You have always done for others: i.e. cutting Sam's ( uncle, Joe Johnson) hair when he was unable to get to your shop, a deed remembered and a "thank you" deserved. I pray God will comfort you and the family as you call on him for comfort. Please know that others share your loss...

I'm still having a difficult time believing this. We grew up with one another as neighbors, went to school and played together, and at times got in trouble together. It had been a while since we spoke, but we would always catch up with each other when we happened to be visiting our parents at the same time. Jessica was always sweet and kind hearted and had a cute shyness about her. I loved to hear her talk it was so unique . May God continue to strengthen and comfort you at this time.

We, the pastor and church family of First Baptist Church Morrison, share your painful loss. We celebrate, however, the incredible memories of Jessica with us during her formative years. She was a beautiful and bright light in our ministry. We were always glad to hear of her amazing accomplishements with her gifts. We know nothing can erase the great joy she brought to each family gathering, so a place at the table will be vacant, but not forgotten. Hold fast to every priceless memory when you gather in the future and she will be there in spirit. May God heal and comfort you in the days ahead to cherish what is still alive in memory and everlasting love. We celebrate and value the time God gave to you to enjoy the gifts and joys of your precious loved one, Ms Jessica A. Lynch. She is with God, so we say Well Done!

Love,

Rev. Marcellus L. Harris, Jr. , First Baptist Churdh Morrison
