I want all of you to know Jack came to me in a dream 7/26/2011 and wanted me to let everyone he loved to know he was fine and happy. He had on a white shirt and looked like he did when he was around 30 years old. He had hair which was cut short and really looked good. He wanted me to take his picture to prove to everyone He was really OK. I took the picture and he grinned that confident grin of his and then I woke up. Only problem was I could not find the picture, but I did find this one in my album that really looked like he did in my dream...

Jack Timberlake at his best.

To the Timberlake family: I am so sorry for your loss. I was on the highway that evening and was one of many to stop and offer assistance. Everything happened so quickly...the response of people un-related and the response of the medic teams was inspiring. Our God was watching out for Mr. Timberlake and for others on the road around him. From reading the guest book it sounds as though he had a wonderful life...full of love, respect and prosperity. I'm sure he will never be for forgotten.

Dad everyone always called you the "Working Man's Friend" and that you were. You gave your employer a full days work before you went home to be with the Lord. You will be missed more than you will ever know. At times I wonder how we will get through this life without you. When everything was out of control you brought peace and calm to us. You were the constant in our life. I hope that we will instill in our children the same values that you instilled in us. I pray everyday that we will bring honor to the Timberlake name and make you proud of us. In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Sorry I missed the services. I knew Jack for a short while. We worked at PHA and plumbing companies (aprox. 1960) We also played mens slow pitch softball at huntington park too. I was shocked to hear about Jacks passing away. Jack was a hard working, good person with a good heart and values. I wish his family my condolences. I also wish a happy journey for a good friend. Learning about the death of Jack came as a sudden surprise to me. It's very disheartening and I'm very sorry for the loss of him to anyone he was close to. My brother and I had dinner with Jack on the 25th. It had been awhile since I had seen him. We had a lot of good laughs about old times and fond memories. Both of us actually went into the military the same year. I first met Jack around 62' or 64'. We had a lot of good times. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this hard time. He will be sadly missed...

Jack was someone that I have l always looked up to. You always knew where you stood where he was concerned and he was always himself. He was of the old school, where God, family, and the love of his country came first. He never tried to be something he was not. I loved him like the brother that he was to me. Not a brother in law. You are never truly dead as long as long as someone remembers you, and you will be around a long, long, time. We love you, Barbara Dale

To the Jack Timberlake family

I was saddened to hear that Jack had passed away. I hired him into the KCI Construction Management family in May of 2006 and it was one of the best hires I ever made. He was a true gentleman and professional in every sense of the word. The world needs more people like Jack.

We spent many days talking about work and family and family values. He was clearly dedicated to all of those things. As Jack always said..."To make a long story short" I will miss having him as a business associate and as a friend.

Sharon & family,

Wanted you to know we were sorry to hear about your dad passing. We haven't seen all of you in a long time but I will always remember how your dad always had a smile on his face when I would see him, he would always make you laugh. I was trying to remember the last time I saw him and I think is was right before my dad passed away. He will be missed by alot of people. Always hold onto your memories of him and that will get you through the hard times.

My uncle was one of the greatest men I have ever known. When I think of him I think of love, laughter, honor, and upstanding morals. A man who gave wonderful advise and always had a talent for making your own problems seem lighter or even disappear. A man I always looked up to with much deserved admiration. Oh how I will miss you. What will I do without the phone calls to get me through. I hope you knew how very much I loved you. My dear Uncle Jack, Until we meet again one day. From your neice who has always looked up to you.
