I am Becky's Aunt and all of the gentle words and beutiful comments and condolences have helped ease some pain. Becky was and is a bright light in the world. She will always be with us. She will be the bright pink of every sunset you see and billiant yellow-orange of every sunrise. She will be the playful wind that blows your skirt up. We will hear her laughter in the cry of the gulls, she will be unexpected wave that catches you off guard. She will be the crocus that blumes in the snow. But most importantly one day her big smile and wide open arms will welcome us home. Thank you for your prayers and support. Aunt Betty

The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul:
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name' sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: For thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; Thou annointest my head with oil; My cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever.

She's in a better place, I've said a thousand times and at least a thousand times, I've rejoiced for it. For to be absent of the body is to be present with the Lord. I continue to lift up her family and pray that God will show His grace and mercy to all who remain affected by this difficult situation. May we continue to seek His face, for His yoke is easy and His burden is lite.

Becky our hearts are broken forever,
People tell us that in time the pieces will eventually come back together,
If this is true, though hard to believe now, there will always be a space,
The piece to which has your name on its place.
Tears have been falling now for days
When we think of your beautiful face it all seems so wrong
You had so much to look forward to and so much left to do
But God needed somebody in heaven who is as special as you.
Nothing is the same now and we doubt it ever will be
You have been released from pain and suffering, you have been set free.
Your story has touched people, all ages, near and afar
On the day you were taken from us, in the sky was a lone twinkling star.
Was that you to tell us that you had reached home now?
And from life as we knew it, it was time for you to take your final bow.
We miss your voice, your infectious laugh and hearing you sing.
Fashion you loved and now you have new accessories a pair of Angel’s wings.
The world has lost a wonderful women, a true and amazing Sister & Friend.
But maybe her goodness was needed to help and from heaven she needed to send.
Becky you are always around us, engulfing us with your love
Giving us strength, keeping us close and watching over us from above. I love you BIG SIS more than words can express.xoxox

Becky you were a good friend and never hesitated to help anyone in need. Your smile lit up the room and your personality consumed it. You were always laughing, joking, and could turn a bad situation into something funny. I don't think you ever really knew how many people's lives you've touched and how many thought so highly of you. I'm sure you are looking down over us now with a great big smile and that twinkle in your eye. I think those of us who knew you now have a spunky angel on our shoulders watching over us. Until we meet again my friend past the pearly gates, know that our hearts are broken and you are sadly missed.

Sue & family,
My heart was my broken when I heard the news. Even though we had not had contact in years, she had recently "friended" my brother Albert on FB & he had caught me up with her. I am deeply saddened by the news. Becky, along with my other wonderful friends at SHS made it possible for me to make it through my family tragedy years ago. Her smile & laughter still resonates with me today. We played alot more in high school than we should have but our personalities matched so well. Hold on to one another tight & love each other. Know that you all are in my thoughts & prayers. My brothers & myself unfortunately know you pain. Hold onto her smile, kindness, laughter & take pride in knowing the wonderful woman you raised & how she had a profound influence on peoples lives. I know it seems impossible to even breathe now but hold on to her memory. Love you & will miss you "Bunny"

Memories....the beach, the sand, camping, Kaileigh's birth, decorating a nursery and then a toddler room, friends, Lance's birth, baby showers, the first for both Kaileigh and Lance that we shared together as friends. Backyard cookouts, parties, Kaileigh's Christening where I got stung by LOTS of bees, singing and acting like fools, 4th of July, Hilton Parades, The Hilton Country Club, crazy Taxi rides and sleeping in hammocks. These are just a FEW things that are now memories of Becky and I. I know time and different situations pulled us in two directions, but the friendship was true, geniune, and full of wonderful times. Sue, Kaileigh and Emma... please use this time to become stronger TOGETHER! Talk, Listen and Cry..but LAUGH. Your mom and daughter won't want it any other way. Ya know, God only gives us what he KNOWS we can handle. Remember it, used this as a strength builder that plays over and over again. It will work and time will tell. Yesterday is history and memories and tomorrow is our future. I love you guys and Dan and I will never forget the memories. We love you.

To Becky's daughters, mother, father and extended family,
I can only imagine the true extent of the heartbreak and despair that all of you are going through at this time of such a significant and tragic loss. As time passes by, the grief that you now are suffering though will fade but the joy and love that you all shared with Becky will intensify. All of those countless, happy times that you were able to spend with Becky will be forged to be the cornerstone of all of the stories, memories and well-wishes that will carry on for generations to come within your extended families. While we all are deeply saddened by her departure from this world, the memories of the times spent with her will allow her spirit to live on in our hearts and minds. While we also know that she is now in a better place and that we will all see one another again soon.
John 14:1-4
Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.

Becky was one of the few people in the world with the ability to make everyone feel comfortable and enjoy being around her. We lost contact when I moved from Smithfield but when I met up with her again earlier this year it was as if nothing had changed. I will forever miss that smile and laughter. Rest in peace. May the family find comfort in the knowledge of how much she was loved by all.

I hadn't seen Becky in 25 years, but had reconnected with her a bit on FB. I could tell she was still a truly sweet person. We don't always know the reasons behind some of the things that happen in this world, so perhaps its best to focus on and honor what Becky was to this world and her family, and carry the torch onward. She made the world around her a better place. Though she may not be seen, her spirit lives on and is watching over her loved ones. I wish her family the best! You are in my thoughts and prayers!

I met Becky on a hayride at Church around 1980. She was wild and fun, and from that day forward we were friends. In recent years, we reconnected at SHS reunion luncheons put together by Vicki and Becky. I also talked to her recently at a concert in Busch Gardens. She was a good friend and will be surely missed. To the family, I am truly sorry for your loss. May God Bless and comfort you.

Sue, I am so sorry. Words can never be enough to ease your sorrow, but Becky will live on in your heart and that of her daughters. We all will always remember her.
