Joyce Otey Obituary

LANEXA - Joyce Bell Otey, 62, of Lanexa, Va., died Sunday, April 18, 2004. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. Her parents, George and Katie Otey, and her brother, Clinton Otey, preceded her in death. She is survived by four sisters, Jean Tooley and her husband, H.D., Mildred Wiley, Betty Stewart and her husband, William, and Judy Morgan; two brothers, Horace Otey and his wife, Shirley, and Randolph Otey, all of Lanexa; a special niece, Lisa Stewart, and 15 other nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at Liberty Baptist Church, Lanexa, Va. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 7 to 8:30 p.m. tonight at Vincent Funeral Home, West Point, Va.
