Peggy, Ed and girls: I'm sorry he's gone; he was a genuinely nice person. It's difficult to imagine being not seeing him around town or each summer at the Carnival. When one hears the term "City Fathers," he immediately comes to mind because of his impact on the community. God bless all of you.
