Jerry Hazelwood Obituary

LANEXA - Jerry Hazelwood, 71, passed away at his home on Wednesday April 29, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mattie and Riley Hazelwood; four brothers, Charles, Norman, Richard and Forrest Lee Hazelwood. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Janet Hazelwood; daughter, Lori (Stuart) Taylor; grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Joshua Taylor; brother, Ralph Hazelwood; sister, Shirley Parsley; and many nieces and nephews. Jerry was a long standing member of Lanexa Hunt Club. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Vincent Funeral Home, Providence Forge, VA. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Monday, also at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Williamsburg Memorial Park. Tributes may be posted at www.vincentfh.com.
