Anneliese TATUM Obituary
She was a native of Bingen, Germany, and a Peninsula resident most of her life. She was Catholic in faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Leonidas C. Tatum; and sister, Christine Brooks.
Anneliese is survived by two sons, David Tatum and wife, Suzanne of Newport News, and Jeffrey Tatum and wife, Amy of Seaford; sister, Barbara Link and husband, Herbert of Bingen, Germany; four grandchildren, Amanda, Cecil, Megan, and Rachel; two great-grandchildren, Evann and Laylah; and one cousin, Matilda Klingler of Waldalgesheim, Germany.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, at Peninsula Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, at Peninsula Memorial Park, officiated by Father Kenneth Wood.
Memorial donations may be sent to the SPCA, 523 J. Clyde Morris Blvd., Newport News, VA 23601
