Barbara GROSE Obituary

CROSS LANES, W.Va. - Barbara Jean Grose of Cross Lanes, W.Va., died peacefully after a short illness on Nov. 24, 2009.
She was born April 16, 1929, and raised in Cabin Creek, W.Va. She was a graduate of East Bank High School and Saint Francis School of Nursing.
She was a Past President of South Charleston Women's Club and a long standing member of the First Presbyterian Church of South Charleston. She was a part of the South Charleston community as Secretary, Treasurer, and Manager of The Vogue Dress Shop.
Barbara is survived by her husband, John R. Grose; son and daughter-in-law, David Grose and Patti Jo Anderson of Yorktown, Va., son and daughter-in-law, Frank Grose and Michele of Atlanta, Ga.; daughter, Becky Parsons of Williamsburg, Va.; grandchildren, Aubrey, Brianne, Kaitlynn, Lauren, Lydia, Justin and Logan; and great-grandchildren, Alivia and Maddox.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
