Dorothy CARVIN Obituary

ATCO, N.J. - Dorothy G. Carvin (MacDonald), 89, of The Fountains of Cedar Parke in Atco, formerly a longtime Haddonfield resident and wife of the late W. James, died on Dec. 27, 2009.
Survived by two children, Jill E. Foster of Lambertville, N.J., and Randy J. of Barrington, N.J.; and two grandchildren, John J. Foster III and Michael J. Carvin.
Mrs. Carvin graduated from Haddonfield Memorial H.S., Class of 1938. For many years she worked for the ophthalmologist, Dr. Kamerling in Barrington, N.J. Upon her husband's relocation, they moved to Newport News, Va., where she lived for 30 years. In Virginia, she worked for Eye Physicians and Surgeons.
Mrs. Carvin's family and friends are invited to her memorial service at 2 p.m., Jan. 17, in the Chapel of the First Presbyterian Church of Haddonfield, 20 E. Kings Hwy., Haddonfield, N.J. Her family will receive friends in the church's parlor following the service. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Carvin's name to the church at the above address.
