To the entire Gilchrist Family. Your lost is my lost too. Earl was like a brother to me. I was only 14 years old and Earl would come and pick me up along with his brother Ron who was only 15 years old at the time and take me to basketball games to the parks. And he was the same until his passing. Always had something funny to say and asked how I was doing. I was always able to catch up with him at his brother's Ron's house on Thanksgiving or Christmas. I miss the lost of one of my brothers. He was one of several best friends I have had since childhood. Since I never had siblings my circle of friends really became my brothers. Even in my adult life you still made me laugh. Every Christmas I think of the time when Earl, Ron the Mom and myself sat in the living room before Christmas years ago and laughed and told stories paritcularly the one of Earl on his motorcycle. I will always remember you . But I promise to bring others humor just like you brought in my life. Thats why even now, I think about how a great childhood I've had.
Miss you Earl.

My deepest sympathy is extended to the Gilchrist family. I attended school with Earl and everyone tried to make us related because of our last names. He was always so kind and I never saw him without a smile. May God keep you and give you the Peace in knowing that Earl is in HIS loving care.
