Dear Mrs. Kritzer,
I extend my sympathy to you and your family on the death of Edward Kritzer. Though you and I have never met, I well remember Edward Kritzer when we both were growing up in the Sunday School of the First Presbyterian Church in downtown Newport News. Edward's father was an Elder, and Edna Kritzer was very active there also. I corresponded with Edward years ago when I sent him a copy of the Church History in 1983. ( Being 4 years younger than he, I was also the Kritzer's morning paper boy when he was in high school.) Those were halcyon days in our North End neighborhood!
Sincerely,
Edward Peeples
