Elizabeth SCHRECK Obituary

HAMPTON - "Betty" Elizabeth Schreck, 82, of Hampton, died Thursday Dec. 2, 2010 peacefully at her home.
Betty was a devoted member of Central United Methodist Church and the Lois Lane Circle. She was born on Dec. 20, 1927, to Elizabeth and Charlton Mason, baptized at 1st Methodist Church and graduated in 1945 from Hampton High School. After Betty attended cosmetology school in Norfolk, she worked in various beauty salons in Hampton.
Betty is survived by her husband of 61 years, Tom; sons, Ron, Don, and Dan; daughters, Cindy and Pennie; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and her sister, Mary Ann Dincenzo of Wheeling, W.Va.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010, at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. I am so sorry to hear of Betty's passing.
