Fannie Bailey Obituary

CARDINAL - Fannie C. Bailey, 97, of Cardinal, formerly of Baltimore, Md., departed this life at Riverside Convalescent Center, Mathews, on Friday, Oct. 30.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Bailey.
She is survived by a brother, William "Neal" Coleman; and her caregiver and niece, Lottie Coleman of Cardinal; a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, at Emmaus Baptist Church, North, with the Rev. Melvin Lee, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Viewing will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, at the funeral home. Arrangements by Forrest Bros. Funeral Home, Hudgins. You have my deepest sympathy in the passing of you aunt.
Aunt Fannie known to us in the North Community was a warrior for the Lord and continued to serve God until her health begun to fail her.
We will remember her for her singing and joy that she brought us for so many year and for her style of fashion for hats & clothing.
