Fannie ROBERTSON Obituary

NEWPORT NEWS - Mrs. Fannie Mae Robertson, 90, went home to be with the Lord on Nov. 8, 2010.
She along with her husband, the late Lewis Edward Robertson Sr., were natives of Crewe, Va.
They later moved to Newport News. They were blessed with six children, sons, Lewis E. (Aleaze) Robertson Jr., Harry (Deborah) Robertson and Kevin Robertson; and daughters, Carolyn Robertson Woody, Sharon (Leon) Blunt and Donnie Robertson.
Mrs. Fannie M. Robertson retired from Riverside Hospital Nursery and resided with her daughter, Sharon (Leon) Blunt in Hampton until her death.
A visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2010, at the funeral home. A homegoing celebration will be held at 11 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2010, at Eleven Oaks Baptist Church, 215 South Fourth St., Crewe, Va. Viewing at the church from 9:30 to 11 a.m. before the service. Family and friends will meet at church.

Lisa D. Smith and Robertson Family...
Our deepest sympathy go out to you. We were sadden to learn of Grandma Fannie's passing. Our families lived next door to each other on 47th Street in Newport News, Virginia for many years. We can remember Grandma Fannie gardening and most of all her big beautiful smile. Grandma Fannie will be truly remembered.
