To The Jessie Family:

My deepest condolences. I had the honor of serving with Frank when we both entered the U.S. Army in Fort Bliss, Texas. We both were in C Battery 1/55 ADA together. Frank was a dear friend and one who was repected by all who worked with him. Frank possessed a quick wit and keen sense of humor for which I will always remember.

You are in my thoughts and prayers!

To Mrs Amy Jessie, Sister Sheila (my band mate in NSU's Marching Spartan Legion Band (and the late Ceres Patterson's brother)) and to all of the Jessie family and friends. Frank was an incredible friend, mentor, coach and Fraternty Brother (Pershing Rifles and Omega). We served together years after college in Washington, DC and his spirit for life, quick wit and intellegence made you cherish every moment you were in his presence. May God Bless the Jessie family and know that he is standing next to God waiting for all of us to join him one day. With sincere and heartfelt condolences, LaWarren V. Patterson, Brigadier General, US Army (NSU '82).

To The Jessie Family,
Sorry to hear of the loss of your Son, Brother and Father. I did not have the pleasure of knowing Frank as a man; rather my memories are all of him with his siblings as young school kids. The thing that stays with me the most is how happy you all were in each others company. My deepest sympathy to you all and may your fondest memories give you strength through this heart felt period.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Family Frank Jessie, JR.

Words can not express the lost of a love one. Our days are numbered here on earth but we live forever with our father who came and prepared a place for all who believed in him.

Bubba has crossed over into "OMEGA CHAPTER" and his memory will live with his family. Condolences are being sent on behalf of the Beachers.

Sheila and family - One of the saddest moments is when you hear of the loss of a friend. I just wanted you to know how deeply saddened I was on your family’s loss. When we lose someone we love, it seems that time stands still. What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why Frank left this earth so soon, or why he left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that he passed away, but that he lived. And that his life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. I was proud to call him my friend and I will miss him dearly. We have lost one of the kindest and gentlest people I have ever had the privilege to know. I am feeling your pain and sorrow at this difficult time. You have mine and my family’s sincere and deepest sympathy.
