We were fortunate to meet the family while in Europe. They were our extended family. There for us having a new born in a foreign country. Frank would call me down to play "Bones" with the guys. Visited them in Washington

Warmest regards and sympathy for your loss.

To The Jessie Family:

My deepest condolences. I had the honor of serving with Frank when we both entered the U.S. Army in Fort Bliss, Texas. We both were in C Battery 1/55 ADA together. Frank was a dear friend and one who was repected by all who worked with him. Frank possessed a quick wit and keen sense of humor for which I will always remember.

You are in my thoughts and prayers!

MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO THE ENTIRE JESSIE FAMILY.
