Rose,Linda,Jeannie,Kathy and Richard,

There are no words to truly express the sorrow I feel for all of you and your families. Our parents' friendship of over 50 years and all of us kids' friendships are so special even though we aren't able to see one another often. George was a wonderful man, husband, father and grandfather and I am so glad I was able to see and visit w/ him and Rose about a year ago. He will be greatly missed by all of us. His unselfish care, love and devotion to Rose and all of you was a wonderful example of George's strong will and character. I am sorry I will be unable to attend the services but please know I, along with Mom and Paul will have all of you in our thoughts and prayers.

With much love to you all,
Sterling Carter, Chesapeake, Virginia
