Hubbard Davis Obituary
Hubbard was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Ida Conklin Carter and Vera Thrift Welborn.
Hubbard is survived by his son, Christian; mother and stepfather, Brenda and Richard Welborn of Smithfield; father and stepmother, Hubbard and Joanne Davis of White Stone; brother, Rick Welborn; grandparents, Milton J. Carter, and James C. and Anna Davis; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Friends are encouraged to visit www.parklawn-woodfh.com to share memories and words of condolence with the family.
The family will meet friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home in Hampton, Va. A Celebration of 'Hub's' life will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park in Newport News, Va.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Hampton, 514 South Armistead Avenue, Hampton, VA 23669.

This news is a shock to me. Hubbard was a childhood friend. I always thought I would find him again someday. This is very unexpected. I do not know what happened. Hi Brenda, I know it's been a long time since I have seen you. The last time I seen Huck was at Aunt Anna's houe one christmas. My favorite memory of him was at my wedding,when he and Josh were the doorsman in theie little white tux, He will never be forgotten and he will alway's be in my heart.
