Jessica ROYAL Obituary
She was a 2010 graduate of Kecoughtan High School, aspiring model, and an all around beautiful person.
Jessica is survived by her mother, Lois Williams; father, Gary Garrett; three brothers, Christopher Royal, Joshua Royal, and Jeremy Royal; and nieces and nephews, Malik Royal, Jonna Royal, and Caleb Royal.
Jessica may be viewed from 1 to 6 p.m. today, June 11, 2010, at Nickelson-Cummings Funeral Home, 4304 Victoria Blvd., Hampton, Va. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 12, 2010, at Antioch Baptist Church, 1563 Old Buckroe Road, Hampton. Family and friends are to assemble by 10 a.m. Saturday, at 438 Cedar Drive.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I didn't know Jessica but I knew Jeremy and I was so sad when I found out ya'll sister had died. Although she is not here in body she is here in spirit and she will always be with you. I am praying for the Royal Family. God Bless you all.

Jessica was one of my first friends that I made at Kecoughtan. Even though I didn't get to talk to her everyday like i wish I could have, But all it took was that one smile and It felt like we had been talking for hours.
Jessica was heaven sent. Jessica was sent here to show us to be kind and open to everyone just like she was. She's one of a kind and will never be replaced. I love you Jessica and I will forever and always miss you<3

Starr, we had some fun times last year. You were always there to tell Annalise and I to keep our heads up, and that is exactly what we are trying to do. The last time I talked you, you asked for a picture of the baby and told me that " it's a good thing he doesn't get his looks from me" phahahaha, but I know you were just kidding. I love my bright Starr and I will see you soon enough <3

Its just sad to hear of someone so young leaving earth so early. I didn't know Jessica but I knew one of her friends. My heart goes out to her family,friends,and anyone who knew her. God knows what is best even when we don't understand. She's truly in a better place.

I CAN RELATE TO WHAT THE STUDENTS FEEL WITH THIS HAPPENING...SAME AS KHS CLASS OF 2004 WITH CAMERON REED....THIS IS THE SAME THING ALL OVER AGAIN....I DID NOT KNOW JESSICA BUT MOST OF MY FRIENDS DID...AND MY PAIN IS THEIR PAIN..IT ALMOST FEELS AS IF I KNEW HER PERSONALLY BECAUSE THIS HAS BOTHERED ME EVER SINCE I HEARD THE NEWS..SHE PASSED THE DAY BEFORE MY 22ND BDAY AND I COULDNT HELP BUT TO THINK ABOUT HOW SHE WOULD NEVER GET TO SEE THAT..BUT SHE IS IN A BETTER PLACE NOW WHERE SHE WILL BE FOREVER YOUNG:)

Everytime I saw Starr back at KHS (2007-2008)she had that bright smile on her face and soon as she started talking that high pitch voice came out!! To the family as we know she is in peace and a better place. My prayers are with you all!

I was so sadden to hear that she is gone..I can remember her coming to taco bell with her brothers to see you ms lois the look u gave her was priceless... I had the absolute pleasure of teaching Jessica in fifth grade at Carver Elementary School. Her smile would illuminate the room and her gentle spirit was felt by all. I know that God has her wrapped in His arms and there is no better place to be. My daughter, Jessica is a 9th grader at Kecoughtan. Although she didn't know Jessica, she felt the pain all the other students and teachers felt upon learning of Jessica's death. Both Jessica and I will keep you in our prayers. May God bring you peace and comfort during this difficult time.
