Joseph Blizzard Obituary
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Earl Blizzard Sr. and niece, Mi'Angel Artis-Hill.
He is survived by his mother, Lois Tynes Blizzard of Newport News; three sisters, Christle Artis-Davis and Bobbie Tucker of Newport News and Doretha Harris of Smithfield; and three nieces and three nephews.
Viewing will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2011, and one hour prior to services at M. E. Fisher Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2011, at M. E. Fisher, 2117, Madison Ave., Newport News, VA 23607. Family will receive friends immediately after burial at 692 Dresden Dr. Apt 1b, Newport News, VA 23601.
