Joyce FISHER-COGGIN Obituary
Joyce enjoyed her flowers, laying in the sun, fishing, sunsets over the
James River, and coffee time with family.
She was preceded in death by, her sister, Delores Rochelle; and her
brothers, Jerel Smith and Carroll Lee Smith; her husbands, James Frankie
Fisher and Martin Gray Coggin; and her son, James Frankie Fisher Jr. She was the daughter of the late Robert L. Smith and Margaret A. Smith.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra S. Nair (McIntyre) and husband,
Kenny; her sons, Billy Carroll McIntyre and Lloyd Dean Fisher; her
grandchildren, Dereck Thomas, Amber Nair, Angie Cheek, DJ Fisher; and 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She is mourned by her many friends and neighbors, and particularly by
Loretta Harden.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 18, 2010, at the Hampton National Cemetery adjacent to Hampton Univ. A repast will
follow at the Parkview Church of God Family Life Center, at 1122
Briarfield Road, Newport News.
Special thanks to family, friends, and the medical staff at Riverside
Hospital.

Mama,
Happy Forth of July! I really miss you Mom and I wish you could of been here today. We went to a friend's house for a cook out and to get into the pool. I remember when you came to my house for cookouts & pool. I really wish it could be like the old days. We will have those times again in heaven. I love you Mom, and there isn't a day that goes by that you aren't in my thoughts. Till I see you again!

Mama,

Mama,
It was 1 Year ago today that I spent my last earth time here with you. My heart is still feeling the pain of that day. But, I know that you are in God's care and that you don't want for a thing. I hope you are Happy now and I know I will see you again one day. I love and miss you dearly Mom.
