To Miss Judy's Family and Keith,
How blessed I have been to have Miss Judy in my life. I was fortunate to have her as a "second MaMa". She was the voice of love and support to our family so many times. I think Miss Judy could have been the Mayor of Mathews!! She loved our county and its people with a passion. Anyone visiting her office would know that in an instant. She also lived and worked surrounded by pictures of all of you. God and her family was the light in her life and that will never change. I know her beauty and radiance surrounds you even now! Our love and prayers are with you.

Michael, It's been years since our days at Humpty Dumpty Kindergarden and New Point School, but some of my fondest memories of those early years in Mathews, before moving to Yorktown, were the times I spent at your house. Your mom was a wonderful lady, and I enjoyed seeing her on occasion when I was in Mathews. I wish you and Glenda wonderful memories and the peace that only God can provide.

My deepest sympathy,
Wayne

I was so sorry to learn of Judy's death. She was such a dear sweet lady. Always enjoyed visiting with her when I'd drop by the Treasurers Office on my visits back to the county. Never forget her and Mr. Glenn taking care of my Robyn when my daddy (Garland Hudgins) died and seeing her when my momma (Mary B. Hudgins) died.

Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers and have my deepest sympathy.

Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said. Heaven will be a better place with Judy up there! She is so full of life. The epitome of a true Southern lady who was always full of life, wisdom and charm. She loved her God, her Family and her beloved Mathews County. She would flat out knock your block off, in one way or the other, if anyone even attempted to harm the ones she loved. I will always remember her wonderful laugh and she fact that she was always perfectly dressed, no matter the event. Lord, you take care of our friend. Eeveryone knows I need several Guardian Angels, so can you please assign Judy to this dumb ole county boy from Southwest Virginia. Judy....we love you and will miss you. I want to Thank Judy's family for letting us share Judy's life.
