Margaret BRYANT Obituary
Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William; and daughter, Barbara Ivey.
She is survived by her daughter, Faye Bryant Williams and husband, Dave, and her son, Ron Bryant of Newport News. Her grandchildren include Allison W. Johns and husband, Wayne, Michael Williams and wife, Gina (Lori) of Newport News, and Brent Ivey of Hampton. Margaret had eight great-grandchildren, Fayth Wallace and Tiffany Wallace of Massachusetts, Bryant Johns of Newport News and Alessandra Johns; Amanda Williams, Stephanie Williams, Meagan Williams and David Williams, all of Newport News. Margaret had two brothers, Fay F. Ellis of Hampton and Robert M. Ellis of St. Augustine, Fla. She also had many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed.
The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, at Altmeyer Riverside Funeral Home in Newport News. A funeral service will be held at noon Thursday, Dec. 2, followed by interment at Peninsula Memorial Park. View and post condolences on our online guestbook at dailypress.com/guestbooks.

Dear Faye & Family, Our prayers are with you during this time. Margaret lived a long life. May God be with you during this holiday time. Cousin Theresa in Colorado called and spoke with Benny a few days ago. We are all doing very well. Love, Benny & Mary

Ron, sorry for the lost of your mother, know how you are feeling right now. I lost mines last year, but still feel her presence here, so your mother is still here for you.
