Another Christmas upon us Mom. You are gone too long. I have 8 grandchildren and I tell them all about you and daddy. Meagan made your Russian Teacakes and Klotckes. In case you didn't hear it enough, I am happy to have been your daughter. I hope to keep making you proud. I love you. Carol Ann

Hey Grandma, just here thinking that it has been a little over a year now since you joined Grandpa in Heaven. Going thru some trying stuff here, but you already know that. Just give the added strength to make it thru these tough times and to do the best for Isa and Livi. Isa loves that red sweateryou got her last year and still wears it even though its a little bit too small now. I know that God never gives us more than He knows we can handle, so I am REALLY trying to have faith in Him now and know that He has a plan for me and the girls. Love you and Grandpa.

Love,
Bobby

Hi Mom. I wanted to come here to tell you about Dave and Kari. If you were still here on earth you would be having another great-grandchild. They are due the middle of January. We are so happy Mom and I know you and Daddy are too. To you a baby was a true gift from God. Ask Jesus and His Mother to bless this new baby and keep it healthy. I miss you so much Mom and Daddy too. I feel your love and hopefully I will feel the peace that you chose to have. I love you. Carol Ann

I thought I could go all day and not come here to talk to you. I talk to you all the time. Today I turn 58 and this is the first year in my life that I won't receive a birthday card or phone call from you. There is still such a hole in my life without you here Mom. I love you and miss you terribly. I am planting the wild flowers that Paulette gave us for Mother's Day. I hope they keep coming back year after year because they are going into the living garden planted for you. I love you and please tell Daddy that I love him also. Carol Ann

Hi Mom. I am sitting here in your room watching the Cubs beating the Sox. It's a 9 to 2 game but then you already know this. I wish you could let me know if the Cubs are in the playoffs this year. I think of you so much Mom. I miss you and I am trying to be happy for you. I know you are no longer sick and that you are with Daddy but I do miss you and I am so glad my family loved you because they listen to me so often talk about you and let me cry when I miss you even more. Give Daddy a hug for me and I love you...go Cubs.

Mom, I love you. You were always so fun to have around. From the times when you woke up earlier and you just had coffee with me and we talked, to the times when you slept later and I didn't see you until I got home from work. I always enjoyed talking with you, from what I did that day at work, to how you were that day and how the dogs made you laugh; from jokes and laughing to remembrances and stories of things past. It was always fun ( and an honor for me )to talk to you. I'll always remember you sneaking food under the table for the dogs and letting them lick under your nails to get "every last drop", and the dogs all waiting outside your door every morning until you woke up. I don't think I can ever hear coins from a casino game falling in the aluminum coin drawer without thinking of you playing "Slingo" on the computer, and I don't think I'll ever mention the 80 rule to anyone ( you can do whatever you want when you're 80 years old ) without thinking of you. Mom, you've touched my heart in so many ways. Peace be with you. I love you.
Your "Gentle Man"
Tom

Happy Birthday Mom. I close my eyes and see you so vividly. I dream of you and what you look like in Heaven. In my mind, today on your birhday, you are standing next to Daddy and you are wearing your red coat with the white fur collar. You are smiling and you look so very happy. Have a wonderful day with Daddy and your parents and Dad's family. You deserve everything good in life. We will celebrate your day with a glass of wine and a toast to you. I love you Mom and miss you so much!

Mom, no one can ever fill your size 5 shoes, however you have shown all six of your children what it takes to be a "big" person. We will keep all the memories you have left us and make sure that our grandchildren and their grandchildren hear all about the "little" grandma with the big smile and a bigger heart!

I only wish Ali, Zack and I had been able to see you more often. Being grown up, makes it hard to spend my summer in Virginia like I used to when I was a teenager. The bill collectors told me that they really don't care that I haven't seen (2) of Auntie Paulette and Andrea's houses. I wish my kids would have been as lucky as I to have gotten to know you and grandpa the way that I did. Tell my "big papa bear" I Love Him and hopefully he's learned the right way to load the dishwasher.... we all love you. If you find my red purse up there hang on to it for me. xoxoxoxoxoxo The most precious gift is a memory, for it lasts forever....With all my love, Pumpkin and kids

My Dearest Aunt,
What can I say. Just glad to have for an Aunt. And all that you have done for me. Now that you are home you can rest and enjoy all the splendors that the Dear Lord had made. I'll miss you as much as Mom and Grandma. When you see Mom tell her I miss her just as much as I did yesterday. The whole Bartman family is deeply missed. With all my love & prayers to all.

Grandma you are greatly missed and I am extremely grateful that you were able to spend time with the girls, Isabella and Olivia. Isabella includes you in her bedtime prayers and says that we should all be happy that you get to be by and play with Jesus and God. We love ya.

I have wonderful memories of working with Marie at Mary Immaculate Hospital and was saddened to learn of her death. My deepest sympathy to the entire family.

Marie always had a smile and infectous laugh.
We had great parties at Mary Immaculate Hospital to celebrate birthdays or special occasions. There was nothing she wouldn't do for her "girls". She loved her family and loved life. She was a dear friend. Bette Jones
