Mark Keatts Obituary
Mark was lifelong Newport News resident. He loved music, especially AC/DC and watching horror movies with his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bertie Mae Keatts and a brother, Robert Keatts.
Survivors include two daughters, Tina Mae Thompson and Jessica Ann Autry, both of Newport News; five grandchildren, Bryce, Kelsea, and Sabastian Thompson, Torian and Kyla Autry; his special son, Joseph Shelton of Newport News; two sisters, Brenda Wolford of Virginia Beach, and Janie Brooks of Williamsburg; and a brother, William Keatts Jr. of Gloucester.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, at Peninsula Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009, at Peninsula Memorial Park.

Dear Brenda, Janie, and Billy,
I was so sorry to hear of Mark's passing. I would love to see you all after these years and am sorry I wasn't able to see you last week when my brother Richie did.
We have you all in our hearts and minds, and wish you peace and healing. Look forward to seeing you before too much time passes.
