Marylou CURTO Obituary

WILLIAMSBURG - Marylou R. Curto was born in Uniontown, Pa., on Aug. 10, 1916, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ruse. She was married to J. Michael Curto in 1940, and lived in various cities including Philadelphia; Short Hills, N. J.; and Pittsburgh during Mr. Curto's career with U.S. Steel Corporation.
In 1979, upon Mr. Curto's retirement, they moved from Pittsburgh to their home in Manalapan, Fla., where she was active in the library and other community affairs. In 1992, they moved to Palm Beach, where Mrs. Curto was a member of The Everglades Club and The Sailfish Club. In 2000, they moved to Williamsburg Landing in Williamsburg, Va.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Michael Curto in 2008; and her son, Thomas in 2009.
She is survived by her daughter, Christine and son-in-law, Bruce Tullo of Williamsburg, Va.; daughter-in-law, Tomoko of San Francisco, Calif.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
