I served with Pod in the 3 early 70s when he was an E-7 at Ft. Polk LA. We fished a LOT off duty. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Pod's family. He was a dear friend and former supervisor of my dad as they enjoyed retirement life "working" at the Auto Craft Shop on Ft. Monroe. It was a pleasure to have enjoyed his tasteful cooking, words of wisdom, and sense of humor! (Dennis Wilson's daughter)

We are sorry to hear of this. Pod was a good friend and neighbor when we lived across from him on Second St. Always fun and always willing to lend a hand. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
