Michael LEWIS Obituary

YORKTOWN - Michael W. Lewis, 58, lost his battle with cancer June 3, 2010.
A native of Newport News, he was employed by McDonald Army Hospital in Fort Eustis, 1972-1996. He was a graduate of George Washington Carver High School.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rachel Gardner Watson; his son, Victor Lewis; and two sisters.
He is survived by two sons, Lamont Lewis and Derrick Debroux; three daughters, Pamela Lewis, Angela Lewis, and Angela Harrison; six brothers, four sisters, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at noon Thursday, June 10, 2010, at Triumph Pentecostal Church of Deliverance, 1811 Wickham Ave., Newport News. Viewing will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 9, 2010, at Berceuse Funeral and Cremations Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Drive, Hampton, and one hour prior to the service, Thursday, at the church. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
