To Elizabeth and family,

I am so sorry to learn of Michelle's passing. You know we all worked together at CNU for many years. I loved her accent. She had the prettiest handwriting and she was a fantastic cook. My mouth waters now as I remember the time she took some leftover prime rib and cubed up some potatoes and cooked it with butter for the staff so we could have lunch one day. It was so delicious. I would call her "Vichey" often named after a town in France. You know I often was a "pan" in the "nake" as she would say with love. I will remember her fondly. May God bless you and the family.

Peace and Blessings to the McCoy family. Michelle was my angel on earth. God(Yah)allowed her to change my life with her words of inspiration, and she became a friend whom I will never forget. The love she gave to me and others will last forever. She was a second Mom to me.

I had the the pleasure of working with Michelle as her assistant for many years at CNU. As a professional chef she taught me skills in which I am still using today.I will always remember the laughs and tears we shared. She will always have a place in my heart.

I pray that God bring you all peace, and know her love for you lives on forever. It not often you meet someone as wonderful as your Mom, and grandmother. God bless you all!

A gallant lady has left our company. Michelle McCoy represented the very best of new Americans. She came to our country from France, and we were the richer for her presence. Bon voyage, vieil ami. Anthony R. Santoro

Liz and Family,

Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss one so dear. I remember Michelle when we worked in the old Student Center at CNU. She used to let us sample some of the wonderful dishes she prepared while testing recipes for events. She was a very nice lady. May memories of happier times and the love and support of family and friends bring you comfort.

Liz and family,

Grief starts out as a huge burden that is hard to carry and many times we do not know how to manage it. Over time it becomes a little smaller, but still rather large. As more time passes, we whittle away at it little by little - together. Eventually, it becomes the size of a marble; we never forget it, but we learn to keep going. Marbles do not have an end they continue in a perfect circle. Memories and love for your mother will always be with you - like a marble in your pocket. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow.

Always,

Michelle was a delight to work with. The time we work together was precious, I will always remember her bright smile and the way she brightened up your day even if you were not having a good day. Michelle brought joy and sunshine to the students at CNU and they loved her as much as she loved them. Michelle you will always be in my memory and I love you.
