Mildred was one of God's choicest of servants. She had a wonderful heart and was an example of faithfulness. Both Mildred and Paul served behind the scenes and never expected recognition. I am honored to have known the Kellers. Deer Park Baptist has experienced a great loss but heaven has gained a great soul. Our prayers and hearts are with you Paul.

Love,
Phil and Melody

Every kid that grew up in Deer Park knew Mrs. Keller whether it was from the church library, her work with the Youth Department, or her smiling face greeting you as you came in the door. She was a wonderful example of Christ's love shining through to others. She has had a huge impact on many, many people. She will be missed.

Mr. Keller,
I feel so blessed to have had Mrs. Keller and you in my life. Thinking back to my childhood and teen years, I remember all the friends from DPBC, but what stands out the most is the godly couple who helped mold and lead us. Thank you for the Christian example that you both always exemplified. May God bless you and comfort you, and may you feel His presence in the days ahead. Cathy Williams Patel

Mr. K.,
Like many others, Mrs. K. had a great influence on me and my sister (the Waldroupe girls). She made certain we learned about missions and spreading of God's Word in GA's. Can't forget the fun times at Club Lake Ahoy in the summer, even though, she didn't like to swim. Bud will always remember her as the sweet lady that greeted him when he first came to Deer Park. She will be missed, but it is a comfort to know we will all be together some day in heaven, cutting up like we always did.

Love you,
Yolanda Waldroupe Park

It's difficult to put in words how one feels to lose a special person in one's life. Mildred was always kind to me and had a great sense of humor. How she put up with Paula and me all those years in our teens and beyond, is a miracle in itself! I hope your wonderful memories of her will comfort you always. Personally, I will never forget that smile of hers!

Love to all of you,

Debby
