Pamela BOUTWELL Obituary

HAMPTON - Pamela Ann Boutwell passed into the hands of our Lord on Wednesday, June 2, 2010.
Born in 1962 in Louisiana into our Air Force family, she came to the Peninsula in 1977. Pam graduated from Hampton High School class of 1981. Pam was a loving, giving person and helped those in need. She was a chef, having worked in several establishments. Generous with all her time she loved her family and was a good friend.
Pam is survived by her parents, Jerold Kenneth and Katie Boutwell; her everlasting friend and love, Kevin Scott Weber; her grandmother, Rebecca Green; her sister, Jerri Kay Powell and her husband, Gary Powell; her son, Robert W. Vann V and his wife, Virginia Vann; her daughters, Tiffany Vann and Brittany Diaz; niece, Corinna Payne and her husband, Brandon Payne; her grandchildren, Alyssa Vann, and Tyler Weber. Another grandson is due at the end of June. She is also survived by Kevin's parents, Ronald Weber and Charlotte Weber; Kevin's son, Ronnie Weber; Kevin's brother, Darrell Weber and his wife, Carrie Weber and two children, Garrett Hall and Emma Hall. She will be missed by many people.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 6, 2010, at Hampton Baptist Church by Dr. Charles Smith, Dr. Jay Russ and the Rev. Elizabeth Taylor. The family will receive friends at the church Sunday following the service.
