Pete Lewis was one of the nicest men I will ever know. I met Pete in 1972. He took my kids water skiing, snow skiing, boating, and vacationing through the years. When he retired we saw more of him. He was a very kind and generous man. We will miss him very much. I miss you already Pete. I'll see you whenever. You will be missed but never forgotten. Love Ya!!

Pete was a likable person always with a smile. He was an excellent example of someone who made a difference in so many lives. Pete cared and shared with others in so many ways. We worked together also and whenever I had car trouble, he would always give me a ride to work. I remember seeing him giving the kids in the neighborhood a ride in his station wagon (this was back in the 70's +). A life well lived.

What a joy it was to know Pete. I worked with him at NASA and had lunch with him once a month for years after he retired. He was so knowledgable in history and science, and his sense of humor kept us in stitches. I will miss him like a brother.

Pete, I am glad I ran into you at your favorite store 7-11. You always spent all your money there on everyone. However, I am glad I ran into you and had the privilege to have you to dinner. I will never forget everything you did for my family, especially Mike. May God Bless You. You are a HERO in all the lives you touched. You will never be forgotten for your kindness to every kid you made a difference too. You made many.
You will be sadly missed.
