Raymond VAUGHAN Obituary
A native of Portsmouth, he was a shipbuilding welder and a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly B. Vaughan; a daughter, Ann VanTichelt of Hampton; a son, Ellwood J. Joyner III of Virginia Beach; a sister, Judy Williamson of Windsor; and four grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, in Olive Branch Cemetery, Portsmouth, by the Rev. Mike Putnam.
