Renee Martin Obituary
Born at Fort Monroe, Renee was a lifelong resident of Isle of Wight County. She leaves behind many friends and family to cherish the amazing life she led.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Wally K. Pier; father, Kenneth Pier Sr.; and sister, Karen Pier Fuller.
She leaves to cherish her memories her fiancE, Carl "Scooter" Littleton of Carrollton; her brothers, Ronnie Pier of Suffolk and Kenny Pier of New Mexico; nieces, Amber Morgan and her husband, Craig of Windsor, Ashley Mauger and her husband, Miles of Smithfield, Christi Pier of California, and Brittany Pier of New Mexico; and nephew, United States Army SPC Gabriel Fuller and his wife, Michaela, currently stationed in Germany.
A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009, at 2 p.m. in Benns United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Tommy Reynolds officiating.
The family suggests memorial contributions to The American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 659, Smithfield, VA 23431 or to Sentara Home Care Services.

We will all be missing her, but can rejoice and so look forward to seeing her again one day if we do as Renee did, according to Romans 10:9 -"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him (Jesus) from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Thanks to our God of mercy we can take comfort in this.

Cricket, Kacy and I would like to extend our condolences to all of you on this hard and sad loss of a Sister, Aunt, Fiance', co-worker and a dear friend to everyone. RONNIE, KENNY AND FAMILY,

I couldn't have had a better sister. You were so good for everyone that you met. You were like a beautiful flower that was just awesome to see. I will miss you dearly. I am so glad that I spent the time with you that I did these last few weeks. And what I had to see, the suffering that you experienced.
